Top Realtor for ERA Realtors worldwide

Key Realty Services announced that Maureen Howe, a Realtor in the agency’s Chelmsford office, is in the top 1% of all ERA Realtors worldwide.
Howe also was the top Realtor for ERA Key for all of 2023. ERA Key has 300 agents and ERA Franchise Systems LLC has nearly 40,000 agents in more than 2,200 offices worldwide.

Art show at City Hall
LOWELL >> April’s Art in the City show, “Art Thou Neurodivergent?,” is hosted in collaboration with Rylie Hegarty and Lowell artist Teo Pique, and runs through Tuesday,
April 30.
The exhibit showcases the works of 13 neurodivergent students ages 5-18. Enjoy artwork by Ren Cloutier, Connor Doyon, Rylie Hegarty, Trinity Irvine, Sarah Klein, Annie Mackinnon, Sky Perez, Nico Shmalz, Abigael Sellers, Brechin Shaw, Ella White, Beth Williams and Leo Williams.
The City Hall lobby is open for the public during the hours of Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
Parker Lecture Series
LOWELL >> The Pollard Memorial Library hosts John Kozik during the Parker Lecture Series presentation of “The History of the Ouija Board” on Thursday, April 4, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., 401 Merrimack St.
Kozik is a founding member of the Talking Board Historical Society, a group that researches and preserves the history of Talking Boards. In 2019, he opened the doors of the Salem Witch Board Museum to the public. It is the only museum dedicated to the history and lore of talking boards, with a collection of boards, obscure memorabilia and ephemera.

Lala Books open mic

Khmer New Year Celebration
