Harassment: On Feb. 21, at 6:23 a.m., Troy police arrested Patricia A. Kennedy, 54, of Troy. Kennedy was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact.

Aggravated harassment: On Feb. 21, at 8:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Denise Rivera, 43, of Watervliet. Rivera was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree aggravated harassment with communicat­ed threat.

Driving while intoxicate­d: On Feb. 24, at 2:26 a.m., Troy police arrested James C. Culberth, 50, Albany. Culberth was charged with misdemeano­r driving while intoxicate­d first offense, misdemeano­r aggravated driving while intoxicate­d with no prior and one traffic violation.

Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Feb. 24, at 2:07 p.m., Troy police arrested Thomas M. Maleek, 30, of Rensselaer. Maleek was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and one traffic violation.

Moving violation: On Feb. 25, at 1:50 p.m., Troy police arrested Angelica D. Frederick, 38, of Troy. Frederick was charged with a misdemeano­r moving violation with a suspended registrati­on.

Resisting arrest: On Feb. 25, at 7:36 p.m., Troy police arrested Kyle J. Massoth, 33, of Troy. Massoth was charged with misdemeano­r resisting arrest and misdemeano­r second-degree obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion.

Possession of dangerous prison contraband: On Fen. 25, at 9:50 p.m., Troy police arrested Kyle J. Massoth, 33, of Troy. Massoth was charged with felony first-degree possession dangerous prison contraband, felony tampering with physical evidence by concealing or destroying and felony third-degree criminal mischief involving property greater than $250.

Petit larceny: On Feb. 25, at 10:20 p.m., Troy police arrested Tremel C. Gibson, 30, of Troy. Gibson was charged with misdemeano­r petit larceny.

Assault: On Feb. 26, at 7:40 a.m., Troy police arrested Michael J. Haight, 33, of Troy. Haight was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and felony aggravated family offense.

Harassment: On Feb. 26, at 9:57 a.m., Troy police arrested Christina A. Pulsoni, 36, of Mechanicvi­lle. Pulsoni was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact.

Endangerin­g the welfare of a child: On Feb. 26, at 2:46 p.m., Troy police arrested Tyra Vanosten, 23, of Troy. Vanosten was charged with misdemeano­r endangerin­g the welfare of a child.

Murder: On Feb. 27, at 7:28 a.m., Troy police arrested Tray I. Little, 31, of Troy. Little was charged with felony second-degree murder, two counts of felony second-degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, felony first-degree criminal contempt with physical contact and misdemeano­r criminal obstructio­n of breathing or blood circulatio­n.

Assault: On Feb. 27, at 12:49 p.m., Troy police arrested Gadlisa M. Shastany, 31, of Troy. Shastany was charged with felony first-degree assault with intent to cause serious injury with a weapon and misdemeano­r fourth-degree

criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 17, at 6:50 p.m., Troy police arrested Jean Marie Vazquez-Ortiz, 32, of Troy. Vazquez-Ortiz was charged with felony second-degree criminal mischief, misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court and harassment second-degree physical contact.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance: On Feb. 27, at 7:20 p.m., Troy police arrested Eric Carrero, 41, of Troy. Carrero was charged with misdemeano­r seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeano­r second-degree use of drag parapherna­lia scales and one traffic violation. Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Feb. 28, at 1:06 a.m., Troy police arrested Landers A. Burton, 23, of Troy. Burton was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and one traffic violation.

Criminal impersonat­ion: On Feb. 28, at 1:42 a.m., Troy police arrested Robert D. Meseck, 57, of Troy. Meseck was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal impersonat­ion of another person.

Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Feb.28, at 1:42 a.m., Troy police arrested Michael J. Barone, 53, of East Greenbush. Barone was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and one traffic violation.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 28, at 4:20 p.m., Troy police arrested Ronnie D. Franklin, 23, of Troy. Franklin was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief involving property greater than $250, felony first-degree criminal contempt with a prior, misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court and misdemeano­r act in a manner to injure a child less than 17.

Menacing: On Feb. 28, at 9:00 p.m., Troy police arrested Louin P. Norton III of Adams, M.A. Norton was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree menacing and misdemeano­r second-degree obstructin­g government­al administra­tion.

Circumvent interlock ignition: On Feb. 28, at 1:10 a.m., Troy police arrested David H. Cright, 41, of Troy. Cright was charged with misdemeano­r circumvent­ing interlock ignition operation of a vehicle without a device and one traffic violation. Sex offender failure to provide photo: On Feb. 29, at 9:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Anthony J. Fay, 56, of Troy. Fay was charged with felony level three sex offender failing to provide a photo.

Criminal possession of narcotics: On Feb. 29, at 5:13 p.m., Troy police charged Edgardo Colon Jr., 33, of Troy. Colon was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of narcotic drugs and felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance narcotic drug with intent to sell.

Grand larceny: On Feb. 29, at 5:52 p.m., Troy police charged Jamie K. Perez, 34, of Cohoes. Perez was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny of property valued greater than $1,000 and felony computer trespassin­g to commit a felony.
