Hot Girl Walk fundraiser set for High School Post-Prom
Hot Girl Walk is a community event set to ignite motivation and promote healthy living on April 14, according to a news release.
It will take place at 2 p.m. at Wellington Reservation, 535 Jones Road in Wellington.
This event welcomes individuals of all ages, including furry friends, to join a 1.25-mile walk filled with inspiration, entertainment and an opportunity to raise money for Wellington High School’s Post-Prom, according to the release.
The highlight of the Hot Girl Walk is the presence of national motivational speaker Kelsey Lensman, who is known for her Mission 48 project.
The Hot Girl Walk also promises excitement and prizes, according to the release.
Participants can look forward to music, free gifts and refreshments provided by Wellington’s On Track Nutrition and Village Market, ensuring everyone stays energized and hydrated, the release said.
The Hot Girl Walk is not just about taking steps toward fitness; donations are encouraged and all proceeds will support Wellington High School Post-Prom activities, according to the release.
The top priority is ensuring area youth have a safe and enjoyable celebration at Avon’s Main Event after their prom night.
“We are thrilled to organize the Hot Girl Walk and bring our community together for a day of fitness, inspiration and fundraising,” said Sarah Dudziak, organizer of Hot Girl Walk, in the release. “Hot Girl Walks grew popular on TikTok during the pandemic and have popped up all over the country.
“We’re excited to invite everyone to come out this Sunday to participate in this cool event that promotes wellness and supports our local youth.”
