Wild Eggs opens Avon location, 2 more coming
Kentucky-based chain’s next site is in Greenwood
Wild Eggs, a breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, has officially hatched its newest restaurant in Central Indiana as it continues to spread from the Midwest further into the south.
The Louisville, Kentucky-based chain is pushing to franchise more restaurants, targeting states that include Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.
The company recently opened its newest location in Avon, 9769 E US Hwy 36, with two more Wild Eggs restaurants planning to open in Central Indiana soon, a move that will double the number of Wild Eggs restaurants around the Indianapolis area.
“Our focus is to expand our reach and serve more communities, and we’re excited to begin our new expansion in Central Indiana with the opening of our Avon restaurant,” said Andy Abbajay, CEO of Wild Eggs in a news release. “Central Indiana locals have been dedicated fans of Wild Eggs, and we’re thrilled to continue growing our presence in this welcoming community.”
When will Wild Eggs open in Greenwood?
We don’t know when, eggsactly, Wild Eggs will debut in Greenwood — it’s supposed to happen later this year — but we do know where.
Wild Eggs in Greenwood will open at 1279 N Emerson Ave Suite A-1, according to the company.
A third Central Indiana location will be announced soon.
What food does Wild Eggs serve?
Wild Eggs is known for scratch kitchens and a chef-driven menu with signature items like the Kalamity Katie Border Benedict, Potato Head Casserole, Mexico City Chilaquiles, and Kelsey’s KY Brown.
When is Wild Eggs in Avon open?
Wild Eggs’ Avon location is open for dine-in, pick-up or delivery 7 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
