WYCKOFF, NJ - Corinne Etelman, age 69, of Wyckoff, NJ passed away on May 19, 2024, in Manahawkin, NJ after prolonged illnesses. Corinne was born in Prospect Park, NJ on January 29, 1955, to Albert and Leona Etelman. She is a 1973 graduate of Ramapo Regional High School in Franklin Lakes, NJ. Upon graduation, she worked as a typist for a local accounting firm. She also volunteere­d for local charities in Milford, PA, including Meals on Wheels, and the local consignmen­t shop. Corinne was also an accomplish­ed classical pianist, as well as an amazing pipe organist. She enjoyed all types of music, classic movies, and TV shows. Comedies were her favorite because she loved to laugh. Corinne was the epitome of a loving daughter, dear sister, and fun-loving aunt. She had an infectious smile and a great sense of humor that brightened the days of many people around her. She always made the best of every day and was very considerat­e of others, despite all her struggles. Corinne was predecease­d by her parents. Sister of Albert, Robert, David, and Ruth. She is also survived by her dear nieces, nephews, a great niece, and a great nephew. Corinne is likely playing the pipe organ for the angels in heaven. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 1:00pm, meeting at Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery, 22-21 Maple Avenue, Fair Lawn, NJ. Browning-Forshay Funeral Home, 557 Lafayette Avenue, Hawthorne, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the local Meals on Wheels of Ocean County, NJ.
