Patrick C. Tuohey Jr
FAIR LAWN - Patrick C. Tuohey Jr, age 60, of Fair Lawn passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024. Patrick was born on May 24, 1963 to Kathleen and Patrick C. Tuohey, Sr in Paterson, NJ. He grew up in Midland Park, NJ and has lived in Fair Lawn since 1998.
Patrick attended Midland Park HS and then William Paterson University. He met his lovely wife Emiliana through family and friends. After college, he worked for The Record and North Jersey Media Group, now known as Gannet Publications, for over 30 years.
Patrick was a Parishioner of St Anne’s RC Church in Fair Lawn as well as a member of the Knight of Columbus in Fair Lawn and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He was an avid Mets and Jets fan, loved his family, and enjoyed documenting memories with his favorite video camera to share with his family.
Patrick was a great storyteller and enjoyed making people laugh. He always had a story for any situation and could light up a room with smiles and laughter in a matter of seconds.
He is the loving husband of Emiliana Tuohey, devoted father of Patrick Charles Tuohey, III, Joseph Tuohey and Anna Elizabeth Tuohey and beloved brother of Maria Holland.
Friends and family may visit with the family on Wednesday, May 1 from 4:00-8:00PM at Vander Plaat Colonial Home, 13-31 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, May 2 at St Anne’s RC Church, 15-05 St. Anne St, Fair Lawn at 10:30AM. The burial will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook afterward.
