After the shocking reveal of their true biological father in last season’s finale, the vigilante “Wonder Twins” are back for Season 5 of this popular series – with a vengeance. Ashley A. Williams and Jeff Logan return as crime-fighters Erica and Eric Cross, who continue their crusade against child traffickin­g no matter the cost.

The chefs are faced with a Grand Prix challenge with a twist. During dinner service, they must see if they have the attention to detail it takes to run a kitchen – with a few tricks thrown in by Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Chef Gordon Ramsay hits the road with his friends and colleagues, Gino D’Acampo and Fred Sirieix, to enjoy the sights, adventures and hidden culinary gems of Spain in this travel series. Part 2 airs tonight.

Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

NBC, 9 p.m. • Season Premiere

The long-running Law & Order spinoff extends its record-setting primetime run as it begins Season 25 tonight with “Tunnel Blind.” As the squad celebrates the birth of Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and Carisi’s (Peter Scanavino) baby, another child goes missing in broad daylight.

The Big Lebowski TCM, 9 p.m.

The 1998 Coen brothers film following a Los Angeles stoner (Jeff Bridges) who gets mistaken for a millionair­e of the same name (David Huddleston) and is then unwittingl­y drawn into a chaotic assortment of events with his bowling buddies (Steve Buscemi and John Goodman) premieres for the first time tonight on TCM.

Order franchise kicks off its fourth season tonight with “Memory Lane.” Stabler (Christophe­r Meloni) must deal with rapid changes at work and home after returning from a dangerous undercover assignment. Meanwhile, Bell (Danielle Moné Truitt) hires an adviser whose AI technology program could revolution­ize police investigat­ion.
