Team announces schedule for 2025

-

On the eve of the start of the second half of the 2024 season, the Atlanta Braves released their schedule for the 2025 season.

The Braves are set to begin the regular-season March 27 in San Diego with a four-game series against the Padres, followed by a three-game set in Los Angeles against the Dodgers. Atlanta will return home to begin Truist Park’s ninth season with a three-game set against the Miami Marlins beginning April 4.

Moving forward with the balanced schedule format that was introduced before the 2023 season, the Braves will play at least one series against each team in Major League Baseball.

In addition to playing each National League team, the Braves will play one three-game series against every American League team except Boston, against whom Atlanta will play a pair of three-game series. The first set against the Red Sox will take place at Fenway Park from May 16-18, with the teams meeting at Truist Park from May 30-June 1.

The Braves will also be hosting the 2025 All-star Game, as well as the accompanying Allstar Week events. The 95th edition of baseball’s Midsummer Classic is set for July 15. It will be Atlanta’s third time hosting the event, following 1972 at Atlanta-fulton County Stadium and 2000 at Turner field.

During September, the Braves will play 15 of their 24 games at Truist Park and end the season at home for the fifth time in six years. Atlanta will begin its final homestand Sept. 22 with three games against the Washington Nationals before concluding the regular season with three games against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

A finalized schedule with start times will be released at a later date, along with the team’s promotional schedule. The schedule is subject to change.
