The Green Room’s Season Closer
The Green Room Community Theatre announces the tenth and final production of the 37th season with Honky Tonk Hissy Fit. The show is written by Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, & Jamie Wooten. Sylvia Schnople is directing this southern comedy that’s sure to make you laugh until your cheeks are tired and your belly hurts. The show is being produced by Interstate Foam & Supply. Tickets will be available beginning on May 31st.
The cast of nine actors will include several you may have seen in past performances as well as three making their theatre debut with this show.

Harper Channing- Laura Parker Honky Tonk Hissy Fit is a part of the Doublewide, Texas series. The town of Doublewide, Texas has grown to 17 mobile homes and a weekend farmer’s market – and it has drawn unwanted attention from a mega-corporation in
Austin. Meet all the outrageous citizens of the town as they unite to fight “the big guys” and save their town. With a healthy dose of hilarity and a whole lot of heart, you’ll be throwing fits of laughter!
There will be performances June 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 2024. On Friday and Saturday, performances will be at 7:30pm. On Sunday, performances will be at 3:00pm.
