One ‘fine’ day for Haart ex

-

THEY should call him “Silvi-uh-oh” — because Silvio Scaglia is in big trouble, it seems.

Yesterday, a New York judge ordered the business mogul to be arrested and jailed for 20 days after he didn’t show up in court and failed to pay nearly $300,000 to his fashion exec ex-wife, Julia Haart.

Now sources tell Page Six that Italian citizen Scaglia may have fled to Milan. Arrive-dirty!

Scaglia and Haart — who is also the star of the Netflix show “My Unorthodox Life” — used to be the husband-and-wife honchos behind glam undies brand La Perla and modeling agency giant Elite World Group.

But they began an outrageously ugly court battle in January 2022 when she told him she was leaving him and he immediately fired her from their biz, apparently in retaliation.

Amid their divorce war, New York City Family Court Judge Douglas E. Hoffman told Scaglia — who was once listed by Forbes as one of the 1,000 richest people in the world — to cough up the hundreds of thousands he owes Haart and send it to her lawyers by Jan. 11 or he’d be held in contempt.

But, according to court papers, the money never showed up. Then the judge told Scaglia to appear in court in person on June 5 to face the contempt rap. But Scaglia was in the wind when the day arrived.

After Scaglia was missing in action again for this week’s court appearance, Hoffman lost his patience and told the sheriff to nab him.

In his absence, Hoffman gave Scaglia 20 days in jail without bail and ordered the seizure of his passport.

Meanwhile, Scaglia’s attorney, Robert Wallack, quit last month, according to court papers, citing “irreparable breakdown of the relationship between [Scaglia] and my firm.”

Nancy Chemtob of Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda, the matrimonial attorney representing Haart, told us, “Ms. Haart feels vindicated by Judge Hoffman’s decision.” We were unable to reach Scaglia for comment.
