BAD BLOOD OVER TAY-TAY MERCH!

Swift kick as fans claim official stuff is shoddy

-

TAYLOR SWIFT fans are clapping back at their idol’s online merchandise store, calling it a “scam” in a furious outpouring of complaints about items arriving late, mangled and broken — or never being delivered at all!

Incredibly, the fans give Tay-Tay a pass and blame her record label, Universal Music Group, for snafus and lack of Swift resolution, citing cracked $70 snow globes and ratty cardigans with pulled threads.

The Merch Mess even prompted Jacqueline Jordan, 39, to launch an online forum where fans who feel they’ve been ripped off can let ’er rip!

“Your adrenaline races, your palms sweat, you add an item to the cart and by the time you click ‘ check out,’ the site tells you that the item is no longer in stock,” says Grace Green, 32, who racked up more than $1,000 in orders to beat the clock in “a desperate, mad attempt to get everything at once.”

But the 22 promotional trinkets she ordered “don’t arrive in time, or they arrive broken or in tatters,” says the stressed Swiftie.

Customers trying to scarf up Taylor tchotchkes report waiting months for delivery.

And an online poll of 2,000 of the pop princess’ patrons says a quarter of those who FINALLY received their snow globes found them “dinged up!”

Bravado, UMG’s official merchandise subsidiary, has promised certain refunds after “a combination of massive, unprecedented consumer demand and seasonal shipping issues.”

But Green is calling for the Federal Trade Commission to intervene.

“Taylor Swift is the biggest pop star on earth right now, and if UMG cannot anticipate that popularity bleeding into merch sales,” she says, “then they need to be investigated!”
