WARREN COUNTY HEALTH INSPECTIONS
The following are summaries of Ohio standard inspection reports on file from the Warren County Combined Health District from the weeks of Feb. 12 to Feb. 23. District information is available online at www.wcchd.com. Bentino’s Pizza 140 S. Main St., Unit A, Waynesville Date of inspection: Feb. 14 Violations: Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. No sanitizer test kit available. No test strips available for quaternary ammonium, please ensure strips are on site to ensure proper sanitizer concentration. Comments: At time of inspection all food checked is at proper temperature. Good. Wendy’s Hamburgers 890 W. Central Ave., Springboro Date of inspection: Feb. 5 Violations: Corrected during inspection. PIC unable to demonstrate knowledge by having no critical violations. The PIC had the knowledge; however, the PIC will re-educate the employees and better monitor facility. Correct By: 05-Feb-2024. Corrected during inspection. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. Found the following items in walk-in cooler without proper date marking: cooked chicken and crumbled beef. Corrective Action: The PIC immediately discarded and will re-educate employees on the importance of date marking. Correct By: 05Feb-2024. The operator did not have the correct test strips for the three compartment sinks. The PIC will order new strips immediately. Correct By: 12-Feb-2024. Observed a large spill near coffee maker and observed sugar mold along front plate of strawberry lemonade dispenser. The PIC will assign an employee to clean areas of concern immediately. Correct By: 05-Feb-2024. The following areas need cleaned and maintained: 1. Lid Holder for to-go cups for chili (food debris) 2. Seal gaskets along drawers on cookline (mold and food debris) 3. Bottom of coolers on cookline (food debris) 4. Microwave-interior ceiling (food splash) Corrective Action: The PIC will have areas of concern cleaned as soon as possible. Correct By: 05-Feb-2024. The walk in door bracket is broken. It will keep walk in door completely closed. The walk in cooler is maintaining correct temperature and the PIC’s are monitoring. Corrective Action: The PIC stated, a work order has already been turned in for repair. Note: Continue to ensure temperatures are maintained until repaired. Correct By: 05Feb-2024.
