■ TIPP CITY (March 19) – A woman reported a road rage incident near the school on Broadway earlier in the day. Police said they would send a message to the dayshift officers requesting extra patrols in that area when available.

■ BRADFORD (March 10) – The Miami County sheriff’s office was called regarding someone breaking into a village home. Once inside, the intruder vandalized the interior rooms of the house.

■ NEWBERRY TWP., Miami County (March

18) – Sheriff’s deputies were called to the area of Klinger Road and Rangeline Road, an area damaged by a March 14 tornado. A resident reported he was concerned about added traffic in the area and the possibilit­y of looting at damaged properties and asked law enforcemen­t for any assistance they could provide.

■ LOSTCREEK TWP., Miami County (March 18) – A township resident reported to sheriff’s deputies suspicious activity at her property. The woman said she saw a man drive onto her property around 6:30 p.m., get out of his vehicle and look into windows at an outbuildin­g. The man approached the residence but then left after urinating in her driveway, the woman said.

■ VANDALIA (March 11) – Police were called to Kroger on a report of a confrontat­ion in the parking lot that began with an argument over shopping carts. Police said a customer told them that he and a store employee got into an argument when he complained about the store never having enough small shopping carts for customers. The customer said he also had talked to management about that topic. When he was leaving and encountere­d an employee, the man said they exchanged words over the shopping cart issue before the employee pushed him to the ground. Police talked to the employee and the customer, who did not want to file charges.

■ VANDALIA (March 14) – The theft of a ring from Kokopelli Gift House was reported to police. Police were told two teen females stole the ring. The investigat­ion was pending, police said.
