MAZRAOUI LEFT WAITING AS UNITED TRY TO WRAP UP WAN-BISSAKA’S EXIT

÷MANCHESTER UNITED are continuing negotiatio­ns over an exit settlement for Aaron Wan-Bissaka ahead of his proposed £15million switch to WEST HAM.

The right back was scheduled to have a medical yesterday, but it was postponed until today as United look for a solution. United have agreed the £55.8million double signing of Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui from Bayern Munich, with both poised to travel to Manchester today. Mazraoui’s move is dependent on Wan-Bissaka’s sale.

United have also been offered Mario Hermoso following his departure from Atletico Madrid and club chiefs will meet again today to discuss their next targets and who could yet leave, with interest building in defender Victor Lindelof. United remain confident of agreeing a new contract with captain Bruno Fernandes this month.

÷LEICESTER CITY have bid £23.2m for Panathinai­kos striker Fotis Ioannidis amid competitio­n from Sporting Lisbon and remain in talks to sign Galatasara­y’s Wilfried Zaha on loan.

÷ FULHAM have had a £20m bid rejected for CRYSTAL PALACE defender Joachim Andersen, who is valued at £40m. Fulham also had a bid rejected for ASTON VILLA centre back Diego Carlos last week and talks are continuing. Villa are keen on Feyenoord defender Lutsharel Geertruida and retain an interest in TOTTENHAM midfielder Giovani Lo Celso.

CHELSEA striker Armando Broja is wanted by Stuttgart on loan.

SOUTHAMPTO­N have held further talks over the sale of defender Armel BellaKotch­ap to Hoffenheim.

LIVERPOOL’S Fabio Carvalho had a medical yesterday ahead of his £27.5m move to Brentford.
