Anew era dawns in Phuket as Andaman FC embarks on a fresh season, brimming with optimism and newfound ambitions under the stewardshi­p of their new ownership The Higher Sports Academy.

The recent takeover, headed by Russell Horsley, has injected a surge of energy into the club, with the target of promotion out of Thai League 3 firmly in their sights.

The Lobster Men, as the team is affectiona­tely known, are set to kick off their campaign on Sunday (Sept 15) at 3:30pm, when they welcome FC Yala to their home turf at Surakul Stadium.

Expect a lively and family-friendly match atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed afternoon of football. Just remember to bring a cushion for comfort and an umbrella in case of unexpected showers.

The 15,000-seater Surakul Stadium, which will host all of the team’s home games this season, is situated on the outskirts of Phuket Town, east from the junction at Central Festival and Central Floresta shopping malls.

Tickets for all home games cost B100 for adults while concession rates are set at B80.
