Expat Living City Guide (Singapore)

Could this be your new social playground?

When it comes to choosing a member’s club in Singapore, there are plenty of reasons to have Mandala Club on your radar.

-

Set in a stunning heritage building in Chinatown, the exclusive space has racked up a reputation for its dynamic membership community, ever-evolving cultural and musical calendar and great cuisine.

Members can get a seat at well-laid tables across three restaurants, each led by executive chef Jack Allibone. Keep your eye on the calendar for Michelin culinary residencies, too! Beyond the pre-dinner cocktails and delicious menus, there’s a gym, private event spaces, and an extensive art collection curated in collaboration with the Art Galleries Association of Singapore. A collab with the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore means that Mandala Club members get access to the wellness spaces and The Pool Terrace, too – hello, iconic skyline views!

Mandala Club in the region

Add Mandala Clubhouse in Bali, Indonesia to your radar. This “mini club” in Canggu is a forerunner to the main club opening in 2025, also in Canggu. The cool escape offers five bedrooms, lush gardens, a pool and a daily line-up of wellness, cultural and community events. It’s a great way for members to get a feel for the brand’s cool factor.

Heading to Niseko Village for the ski season? Mandala is again taking up residence at this world-class ski resort from December 2024. The ski-in ski-out clubhouse for both members and guests is a top spot for après-ski fun.

Revelry aside, Mandala Club is aiming to raise the bar when it comes to sustainability credentials. For example, it’s the first hospitality group in Singapore to join the UN’s Race to Zero, installing solar panels on its roof and becoming carbon neutral across its operations in 2023.
