IN an exclusive interview with King Sue Ham, Chef Zarina Gorayeb, the owner of Zarina’s Kitchen, shared her culinary journey and insights into working with legacy brands.

Reflecting on her diverse culinary experience­s, Gorayeb was grateful to her exposure to various global cuisines that profoundly influenced her cooking style.
