David Ensor Machinery and Time Out Caravans on-site at Field Days

David Ensor Machinery will be at the Southern Field days at Waimumu in February 2024 on site number 358.

Alongside Taege Engineerin­g, they will be showcasing the latest technology and offering some great deals on both new and used drills.

Specialisi­ng in Taege seed drills, air seeders, tyre rollers and post drivers, David Ensor Machinery has become renowned for its expertise and commitment in meeting the unique needs of farmers.

David made ‘the leap’ in 2011, finally deciding to go out on his own, with 15 years of farm machinery sales experience under his belt he knew it was the right time to focus on products he was passionate about and has been supplying local Southland and Otago farmers with these ever since, providing dedication to excellence and service that has earned the company a loyal customer base that relies on its products to enhance farming operations.

Supported by local lad Aaron Rawcliffe and David’s wife Dianne, the business also offers seed drills for hire to customers.

Delivering the drills to customers, setting up and running through the operation of the drill and collecting the drill again when the customer has finished.

Although much of David and Aaron’s time is spent on-farm with customers and they also run a shop with a wide range of parts at 23 Stratford st in Gore. In store you will also find a range of Goldacres Spray equipment and AES waterblast­ers, and they are local suppliers of Smart Stakkas.

More recently David saw an opportunit­y to import caravans from Australia. This giving birth to new company, Time Out Caravans.

The name for this came about as he could see a need for people to take time out for themselves in everyday life.

Rembrandt caravans are expertly crafted by a small and dedicated team in Melbourne who pride themselves on attention to detail.

David offers three models with numerous floorplans available catering for those who just want to go to camping grounds through to those who would like to go completely off grid.

Working from 23 Stratford St in Gore, Time Out Caravans are growing their range on caravan consumable­s and accessorie­s such as porta pacs for cassette toilets, screw in pegs, stone guards and caravan covers.

You can purchase a caravan from their available stock or order to your own specificat­ions.

There will be a selection of caravans on display at Field Days. You can find them on site 367, so head on in.
