Nel mondo della nautica quando si deve cercare l’imbarcazione dei propri sogni è sempre meglio affidarsi ai professionisti. In questo scenario GPY Marine è sicuramente una delle aziende più affermate, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la fascia alta del mercato, viste le collaborazioni alcuni dei prinicipali player mondiali. Negli ultimi anni l’azienda, fondata nel 1978 da Maurizio Granai, ha contribuito al successo di Sirena Marine, cantiere in crescita costante di cui GPY è dealer esclusivo in Italia. Oggi inizia una nuova sfida: Solemar. Il celebre brand di gommoni cabinati è ripartito in grande stile e GPY ne è dealer italiano. Solemar fin da subito ha mostrato dinamismo e solidità grazie alla nuova cordata di imprenditori che ha rilevato il marchio e i progetti. Nell’anno del ritorno sono già stati prodotti e lanciati sul mercato tre modelli: Solemar SX27, Solemar SX30, Solemar SX34. “Dai Saloni Nautici abbiamo avuto ottimi riscontri - ci racconta Ermanno Mannozzi, responsabile della divisione RIB di GPY - sia da parte degli armatori storici che di nuovi potenziali clienti. Chi ha avuto un Solemar difficilmente vuole un altro tipo di battello e con i modelli presentati alle fiere siamo certi di aver catturato l’interesse del pubblico. Aspettiamo adesso il modello cabinato che è già stato richiesto e potrebbe avere un impatto importante anche in termini di vendite.” Ad ora, infatti, la produzione è divisa in due filoni: la linea SX, più “offshore” che avrà battelli improntati all’uso giornaliero con layout studiati per ottimizzare gli spazi. Rispetto ai Solemar classici questa linea intercetta un nuovo pubblico. Quella più vicina, invece, al gusto tipico degli armatori Solemar è la SE che sta per Solemar Elegance, cioè quella dedicata ai gommoni cabinati pensati per crociere con famiglia o amici a

Founded in 1978 by Maurizio Granai, in recent years the company has contributed to the success of Sirena Marine, a constantly growing shipyard of which GPY is the exclusive dealer in Italy. Today a new challenge begins: Solemar. The celebrated brand of inflatable boats has taken off again in a big way, and GPY is now the Italian dealer of the shipyard, which has proved to be very dynamic and solid right from the start. The new group of businessmen who took over the brand in the year of its comeback has already produced and launched three models on the market: the Solemar SX27, Solemar SX30, and Solemar SX34, thus demonstrating the seriousness of the project, which is also confirmed by a time-projected design. "We had excellent feedback from the recent Boat Shows – says Ermanno Mannozzi, head of GPY'S RIB division - both from old owners and new potential customers. Those who have had a Solemar boat hardly want another type of boat, and with the models we presented at the shows we are sure we have intercepted the public's interest. We are now waiting for the cabin cruiser model, which has already been requested and could also have a major sales impact." For now, in fact, production is divided into two lines: the SX line, which is more "offshore" and will have boats designed for daily use with optimize space. Compared to the classic Solemars, this line will intercept a new audience. The one closer, on the other hand, to the typical taste of Solemar owners is the SE which stands for Solemar Elegance. This lines includes cabin inflatables designed for medium-range cruising with family or friends.
