Many of the big stores including Penneys, Dunnes and Avoca have released their new looks for the warmer seasons and it’s all bright palates, natural fabrics and silk blends.
Feminine versions of suits, be they shorts suits, bralette tops and blazers or fitted waistcoats and trousers, are a key feature.

At Dunnes, Joanne Hynes’ Oh DIANE! collection is one for those who like unique, daring style, with a Swinging Sixties vibe.
It boasts an artist’s palette of bold colours and chevron patterns, such as the Jacquard and applique knit tee for €150.
F&F Tesco has a more minimalist style, with key pieces such as its pin-stripe linen blazer (€50).
The S/S24 collection at Magee 1866 is inspired by the windswept and sandy shorelines of Donegal.
