Final phase of Aarambh launched

Group Satellite has unveiled the final phase of Aarambh - Aarambh Avyaan at Malad east. This third phase offering 1 BHK homes ranging from 250 to 300 sq. ft., is expected to be completed by mid-2027. The project promises over 25+ ground plus terrace lifestyle amenities, from an open-air theatre, rooftop Eden, meditation zone, plunge pool, cricket turf, and a starlit deck, along with classic patios, lounge spaces, a botanical meadow, and solar panels.

Bali themed studio suites

Pushpam Group has announced the launch of Bali themed studio suites measuring around 488 sq. ft. at their resort home Balibaug in Alibaug. These will be fully furnished leading to a veranda offering residents a tropical view. This project will consist of a clubhouse, outdoor & terrace restaurant, party lawn, swimming pool, streetscap­es, etc. Balibaug is being developed on the lines of a holiday home.

Co-Living at Isle of Life

Zeassetz has introduced co-living at Isle of Life in collaborat­ion with Bramhacorp. The project consists of 484 studio apartments with two sizes: 272 sq. ft. and 292 sq. ft. priced at Rs. 22.99 and Rs. 22.9 lakh respective­ly. Each unit is MahaRERA-approved with fully furnished interiors and managed properties. Sneha Choudhry, CoFounder of Zeassetz, shared, "With Isle of Life, we aim to redefine investment opportunit­ies. Office leasing to rise in 2024

The first quarter (Q1) 2024 saw leasing activity of 16.7 mn sq. ft., recording the strongest Q1 in the last five years and a notable 20% rise year on year. Office space absorption across India’s six major cities is likely to register another big year with expectatio­ns of around 61 mn sq. ft. in 2024, according to Savills India. Meanwhile, new supply saw a decline of 50% YOY.
