Hilton Garden Inn Suva set to open in Q3 2025

The Hilton Garden Inn Suva property will mark Hiltons third hotel in Fiji and is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2025.

The property is being developed by Carpenters Properties Pte Limited and is along the waterfront of the capital’s central business district.

The hotel investment is at $85 million and it will feature 178 guest rooms, a restaurant and bar, a fully equipped gym and pool.

The developmen­t will be the first major mixed-use waterfront developmen­t in Suva, featuring over 40,000 sqm of waterfront retail, entertainm­ent and dining venues, as well as over 50,000 sqm of commercial and hotel space. “We are deeply committed to expanding our presence and to be introducin­g the Hilton Garden Inn brand to Fiji,” shared Mr Tushar Raniga, Director of Developmen­t, Australasi­a, Hilton during the Tourism Fiji Exchange 2024 hosted Sheraton Fiji Golf and Beach Resort in Denarau on Monday.
