With $40m in sales, welcome to Robina Ombre

Buyers have splashed more than $40m in four weeks on apartments at Robina developmen­t Ombré. Located at 46 Scottsdale Drive, Ombré includes 95 one, two and three-bedroom apartments alongside resident amenities and integrated retail and commercial spaces.

Immerse Projects founder and Managing Director John Kearney said the second living space in Ombré’s one and two-bedroom apartments opened a world of opportunit­ies for residents.

“Typically, one-bedroom apartments appeal to investors rather than owner-occupiers and feature little in the way of space and liveabilit­y,” Mr Kearney said.

“We have designed Ombré with the local market in mind and in doing so, challenged ourselves to rethink one- bedroom apartment design – the result is an additional, spacious living area, that delivers functional­ity and flexibilit­y, without compromisi­ng on price.

“Since the project’s launch in early March we have fielded more than 1000 inquiries and more than $40m in sales, with strong interest in these second living spaces,” Mr Kearney said

Leading builder Greyburn, of which Mr Kearney is a managing director, will deliver the project.

Constructi­on of Ombré is expected to start later this month.

The project is being marketed by Ashwin Property and the onsite sales display is now open.

Resident amenities include a residents’ lounge, function room, games room, spacious pool and landscaped outdoor spaces.

Prices start at $749,000.
