Tower of power at Broadbeach

-

A$256m luxury apartment development known as Remi Residences has launched in Broadbeach and it’s hit the market with a twist.

The project led by Ian Malouf and Peter Wilding, includes 49 residences that are already built, – a rarity in a market that generally sells off the plan.

“We’ve got a very unique offering in Remi Residences where buyers can actually touch and feel the apartments they are going to be purchasing,” Mr Ian Malouf, Founder of MFG Global, the brand that Remi MI Residences sits under.

“They can physically see and experience the apartments all before putting down a deposit.

“We didn’t want to subject buyers to years of uncertainty.

“They want assurance throughout their journey and with Remi Residences they can get a real sense of the space, the outlook, and the feel of each apartment”.

The 30-level tower includes 15 two-bedroom, 27 three-bedroom and seven four-bedroom residences.

Living spaces range from 107sq m to 1200sq m with the average size apartment more than 250sq m.

The three-storey six-bedroom penthouse spans 1200sq m and featuring a swimming pool and rooftop Padel Ball court.

The development features a suite of top-tier amenities, including spa treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, and a 15m lap pool.

Residents can also advantage of the private function space as well as two Tesla electric vehicles for residents to book and use.

“Imagine unwinding in state-ofthe-art spa facilities or hosting your next get-together in our private function space – it’s all here for you,” Mr Malouf said.

Apartments at the complex start at $2.5m.
