Tower of power at Broadbeach
A$256m luxury apartment development known as Remi Residences has launched in Broadbeach and it’s hit the market with a twist.
The project led by Ian Malouf and Peter Wilding, includes 49 residences that are already built, – a rarity in a market that generally sells off the plan.
